Our confidential telephone helpline provides a safe place for anyone affected by the death of a baby to talk about their feelings. Our experienced helpline team is there to listen and give information if you need it.

If you would like to be put in touch with a female Sands befriender of Asian heritage who can offer bereavement support in Urdu, Gujrati, Hindi or Punjabi, please call the national Helpline, in English, and ask to speak to someone in your language.
