Martin and Emma Brewster were devastated when daughter Kitty was stillborn.

Martin was put in touch with Sands, through which he met other dads - now playing football with them and leaning on them for support, using a WhatsApp group – particularly around Father's Day, which he finds brings back the trauma of Kitty's birth.

The hospital also put Emma in touch with Sands, and she quickly found a support group.
